Who is your ideal customer or client?*
Your ideal customer is the sort of person you'd absolutely love to have buy, sign up or hire you – someone who should definitely take advantage of your offer. Describe this person to us in detail. We mean it – we need to see the sort of visitors you want to attract to your business as closely as we can, so please don't just write "50-year old male, 2 kids." Tell us your ideal customer's age group, absolutely, but go into detail about what this person is like, how he or she lives, and what sort of specific problems or desires he or she might have that bring this person to you.

BREAKING DOWN YOUR BRAND AND POSITIONING YOUR OFFER
Write down 3 to 5 features of your product or service, and 3 to 5 benefits for each feature.*
A feature is what your product or service IS – a benefit is how that changes your ideal customer's life. For example, "My rubber boots come in 24 trendy colors (rubber and 24 trendy colors are features, what the product IS) so buyers can match them to their outfit and be the fashion envy of all their friends (be the fashion envy of their friends, how the boots change you customer's life)."
What are 5 frequently-asked questions people have about your product or service?*
Think about the questions you're answering all the time, or the ones you hear most often from people before they buy. List up to 5 questions and the answers you give for each.
Talk about your brand – how would you like people to describe you?*
